Launch of D3Hell.com
With forum presence booming, the next step was clear, it was time to build a home of our own. D3Hell.com became our first official boosting website, fully dedicated to Diablo 3 services. It allowed full control over orders, payments, and communication, cutting out third-party platforms entirely.
The website’s success drew in talented gamers from all over the world. Many brought expertise from other titles, encouraging us to expand beyond Diablo and start covering a wider range of games.
Introducing the “My Panel” Feature
We pioneered the “My Panel” system, a private dashboard where customers could chat directly with their assigned booster. No middleman, no ticket delays, just real-time updates and complete transparency.
This feature set us apart from the rest, and while many competitors later copied the idea, we continue to improve it, keeping customer-booster communication simple, secure and fast.
Rebranded to Captain-Carry.com
With a growing global team and services spanning hundreds of titles, we officially rebranded from D3Hell to Captain-Carry.com. The new identity reflected our evolution, from a niche Diablo site to a full-scale boosting services platform.
Captain-Carry.com came with a redesigned system, expanded game coverage, and a more professional approach. Built on experience, trust, and precision, it marked the beginning of a more scalable, team-driven future for the brand.
Launch of Our Discord Server
To get closer to our community and improve real-time support, we launched the Captain-Carry Official Discord Server. It became the go-to space for faster communication, custom requests setup, and hangout place for us gamers.
This move brought transparency and personality into the boosting process, just real gamers talking to real gamers.
It also opened doors for job applications, feedback, and a stronger connection with our growing player base.
