Frequently Asked Questions

What is Expedition Project?

In ARC Raiders, the Expedition Project kicks in at level 20 and runs on roughly an 8-week cycle: 60 days of prep followed by a 7-day departure window. Its a wipe out feature that allows you to reset your account, but in return get valuable rewards that only a Expedition Raider can get.
Learn more about weather you should wipe or not, here.

Do you wipe my account?

No, we dont do the Expeidition wipe for you. What we do is only complete the Expedition stages needed to prepare your acc for the wipe. Once everything is ready, you decide when to expedite and trigger the wipe yourself. In short, we get your Expedition Project fully ready.

What are the rewards for completing an Expedition?

Completing an Expedition gives you a full set of exclusive progression bonuses and account-wide rewards that carry into your next cycle. These include:
– New maps and playable areas
– Unique cosmetics and gear skins
– Bonus stash slots & inventory upgrades
– Permanent buffs like XP and drop-rate boosts
– Extra skill points on reset
– Access to upcoming Expedition seasons

Each Expedition offers limited rewards that won’t return once the cycle ends, so finishing it before the timer expires is crucial.

How long does an Expedition Project last?

Each Expedition Project runs for roughly 60 days, that’s the time window to gather resources, fill every stage, and prepare your account for expedition. Once the cycle ends, the Expedition resets, and a new one begins with new rewards and challenges.

How Fast can you Start Working on Order?

Most orders start within 15–30 minutes after your purchase is confirmed. Once you provide the account details and setup, we assign a booster right away and begin the service.
