Once order is placed we start looking for booster – this process is fully automated and one should be assigned within 15-60 minutes (99% of orders start same hour). Once booster is assigned your Panel Section will update and the service begins.
Once everything is delivered from the order details, our booster will inform you and wait on your confirmation. Once confirmed we close the order as completed.

We work with people worldwide, our business is registered in US Delaware, and we have office branches in EU & Asia ( dev department, support staff etc) however the player working on your account might be from US, EU, Australia or Asia. All orders can be done by using VPN to cover your country/city location, simply leave this in the order notes on checkout page when placing your order.

As with any other game, order is eligible for refund if it hasn’t been started. If the service ( for whatever reason ) could not be completed, or took way longer than expected partial refund will also be issued. Refunds for boosting are usually not offered if order takes a day or two longer to finish. Delays, as long as they are within reasonable timeframes sometimes happen due to player having real life stuff to handle or any other unforeseen circumstances.
