This Devastator Anomaly Power damage build is oriented towards using Bleed damage modifiers causing your damage on targets that are Bleeding to be increased greatly and just finishing them down with Earthquake which hits like a truck when you have enough Anomaly Power gear. With the correct mods you are able to spam your skills and be a tanky damage dealer in the front lines. Exceptional build for new players that want to get into the game.

You might think to yourself how is a bleed build going to work if we ignore most of the bleed duration extender talents but with the amount of damage this build does they aren’t even needed because everything dies so fast. The build focuses on scaling abilities up and becoming tanky. Stone Circle and Hierloom Armor are the first two big traits that combined help with your survivability. Paladin (Using PROTECTION skills increases Anomaly Power by 45%) is also a key to modify your AP considering we are playing with Golem. Protected by the Anomaly (Increase your armor bonus by 40% of your Anomaly Power) is a no brainer since we are focused on AP.
Gear & Mods
The first skill this awesome new build uses is Earthquake (Release a shockwave to deal damage and Interrupt all enemies in front of you), this is your go-to damaging spell. Its mandatory to be used and the mods will only compliment it greatly. Primary spell and mandatory to be picked. Gravity Leap is specifically used here for some mods that allow you to dish out a burst of single target damage. We are picking this skill over Impale because it is better for single target if you aren’t going for the Siesmic build. We will be picking Golem simply for the defensive capability of it, it will allow you to withstand a big deal of damage if you want to rush into multiple enemies. You can pick anything else if you are confident you won’t need Golem.
The main and most important part of the build is using 3x pieces of Seismic Commander (Increase damage towards enemies with Bleed by 50%). Combined with some tier 3 mods such as Tainted Blood (Increase the damage dealt to enemies afflicted with Bleed by 25%) and Bloody Boost (Boosts your damage against enemies afflicted with Bleed by 15%) you will get 90% total extra modified damage on targets with Bleed.
The main source of damage as we stated previously is Earthquake and the thought is applying debuffs then quaking. Ideally you would want as much Anomaly Power on all of your pieces, Cooldown Reduction and Status Power. This build works only if you have everything set up as intended, a tier 1 mod is also mandatory called Blood Shock (Inflicts Bleed on enemies damaged by Earthquake).
You can use other mods like Extra Quake (Earthquake can be activated 1 more time before triggering the Cooldown) and Despair (Enemies within the damage radius of Gravity Leap will receive 1.5 times more Anomaly Damage for 5 seconds).
Weapon mods this build uses are Moaning Winds (Reloading creates a strong blast around you, dealing damage to enemies in range of 8 meters) combined with your Despair and 90% increased damage of bleed with best stats it can hit up to 5 mil damage.
