Backstabbing Trickster Build
This is a Trickster WT/CT 15 Expedition capable build. The skill tree & gear mods revolve heavily around cooldown reduction so that you can utilize Hunt the Pray (teleport behind enemy and receive a shield bonus) and retain high armor values. High heals on kill & armor build which heavily relies on Fortress mod (receive up to 43% damage bonus based on your Armor).

Product Details: Skill Tree
In this build we are opting for the Assassin skill tree – this is a shotgun/melee damage oriented build. So any kind of damage buff for either shotgun or close range shots from skill tree is mandatory, including Cold Calculation and Arms Trick. Since build will use Hunt the Pray and you will blink a lot behind the enemy you will also need Unforeseen End to deal those 20% bonus damage while hitting from behind. For increased damage use Disruptive Firepower and Outriders Executioner nodes since they will provide bonus when Hunt the Pray is used for 35% dmg increase from each node. In addition you can opt for Equilibrium & Singularity to further increase cooldown reduction. If however you feel you have sufficient cooldown reduction from gear mods you can utilize Deadly Shadow or Ace of Trumps for higher critical damage.
Gear & Mods
Lets start from the weapons. Your main weapon type will be shotguns, and there are lot of choices. Deathshield – which brings Fortress Mod and use 43% of your armor as bonus damage. Or if you feel that your damage output is low and you lack that AOE bonus go for the Anomaly Effigy which rewards Concentration Blast mod that explodes enemies for 100k damage in 5 meter radius. Mandatory for either weapon is Killing Spree – stack damage for each killed enemy ( up to 3) for 20sec.
As for the rest of the gear the most important part is the headpiece – Ugake Otarah’s Cowl. The unique perk Instant Reload reloads your magazine after each teleport with Hunt the Pray, making you always able to do maximum damage whenever your skill is off cooldown without having you reload first and lose time. As for 2nd mod use either Strong Twist or Sharp Eye, both will increase your firepower for the duration. For the rest of the gear you want Bonus Firepower, Close Range Damage and Cooldown Reduction. Those are your main stats you are looking for for perfect clearing speed.
When it comes to weapon of choice this is a versatile build, however since we are utilizing bonus to shotgun damage from the Assassin skill tree, a shotgun is preferred method for clearing ads & taking down bosses.
For Mods you could use Mitigation From Death, Damage Absorber and Emergency Stance. If you are confident enough you could change them for any damage increase Mods. For damage on Gear use Stare Into the Barrel, Captain Hunter and Personal Stance. If possible we will also acquire bloodlust for further bonus dmg increase.. But there are a lot of other Mods you could use that would help you do more damage. If you notice you are having ammo problems you could always go for the Mod like Ammo Bargain. All in all, this is a very versatile dmg/armor oriented build that is more than capable cookie cutter option for CT15 clears.
