Focusing on the AoE aspect of the Borealis Monarch’s Icicle Storm high rolled mod alongside Earthborn Renegade’s Assault Rife’s Bone Shrapnel, that makes this build quite insane in dishing out and bursting enemies with ease no matter how grouped or scattered they are.

Product Details: Skill Tree
The Skill tree of this Technomancer build is similar to the other Pestilence builds with minor changes to extra HP and a few weapon damage traits. Exposing Toxin (Vulnerable is also afflicted to enemies afflicted by Toxin) is our first core trait and it will be one of the most important sources of damage output. Second big trait is Cannonade which as previously mentioned we will be using Scrapnel for more Weapon Damage. Two Sides of the Power is next, glass cannon talent for damage output.
Gear & Mods
The skills this build uses are the 3 best skills that are almost staple to any Technomancer builds. The first skill we are going to use is Cold Snap (Drop a gadget to inflict Freeze onto all enemies within a large radius around you). Second skill is Blighted Turret (Place an automated turret that deals damage and inflicts Toxic onto enemies) that will also a Decay trigger for our skill tree’s traits. And of course Blighted Rounds (Inflict Toxic status on enemies damaged by your gun & deal 50% splash damage in small area around your main target – lasts till reload or weapon switch). Not only you will afflict enemies with the bonus Toxic & splash damage, but you will also apply Vulnerable and ignore enemy armor by applying anomaly damage type, instead of physical.
Mandatory weapon is the EarthBorn Renegade’s Assault Rifle that goes great alongside Bone Shrapnel (Killing shots detonate the enemy’s bones and turn them into shrapnel that deals damage and inflicts Bleed on enemies within a 5 meter radius.) – This will greatly improve your AoE damage and increase your map speed. Mod it with Dark Sacrifice due to the fact that’s the best damage mod for weapons this patch.
Uses 3x pieces of Borealis Monarch which will grant you the set bonus – Increase Weapon Damage on Frozen enemies by 90%. The Chest is key because of the Icicle Storm (Cold Snap: Killing enemies Frozen by the skill makes them explode dealing damage in 5 meter radius.) mod already being rolled on it which is the main reason how this build works.
Purple pieces – Bonus Firepower, Long Range Damage, Close Range Damage rolls with mods Captain Hunter and Bloodlust.
