Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Pay-Per-Hour service work?

You select the number of hours you need and tell us what activity you want completed. Boss fights, Green Crystals or Mask Nodes farming routes, side quests, exploration, or mixed tasks – your booked time is fully dedicated to your goals.

Before starting, we confirm your priorities so every minute is used efficiently.

What activities can I request during my session?

You can request any in-game activity, including:
– Story, world or dungeons boss defeats
– Hard or Lethal difficulty content
– Mask Nodes farming
– Side quests & map exploration
– Farming materials, crystals or gear
– General account progression
If it exists in Soulmask, we can handle it.

Can I mix multiple tasks within the same booked hours?

Yes.
Your session is flexible. For example, we can defeat a boss, then progress the story, then target farm anything — all within the same hourly booking.
We simply optimize the route to maximize results.

What happens if I don’t know exactly what I need?

That’s completely fine.
Before starting, we quickly review your account status and goals. Based on your current progress, build, and difficulty setting, we recommend the most efficient way to use your booked time.

Do I keep all the loot and resources collected?

Absolutely. Everything farmed during your booked hours stays on your account, including high-tier loot, materials, crystals and mask nodes.

How Fast can you Start Working on Order?

Most orders start within 15–30 minutes after your purchase is confirmed. Once you provide the account details and setup, we assign a booster right away and begin the service.
