Why is resource farming so important in Windrose?

In Windrose, progression is entirely material-gated. Crafting better weapons, upgrading existing gear at the Upgrading Station (which increases damage, power level, and damage resistance), advancing your crafting station tiers, and building stronger base structures all require a steady and varied supply of resources. Without improved tools you also cannot access higher-tier resource nodes on advanced islands, which creates a compounding bottleneck. A fully stocked inventory removes all of those blockers at once.

Can I request specific materials to target?

Yes. If you have a specific crafting goal in mind — for example stocking up on Iron for a weapon upgrade, building a Gunpowder reserve before a dungeon run, or gathering rare island materials to push your crafting station to the next tier — let us know before ordering via live chat and we will tailor the session to focus on what you actually need.
